Welcome to Birmingham Atelier ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to the use of our online store and website (birminghamatelier.co.uk), including all associated information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively: the "Services"). Our store is powered by the Shopify platform.
By using our Services, visiting the site, or making a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Access and Accounts
You may shop without creating an account. When ordering, we may request data such as email, delivery/billing address, and payment information. You confirm that all data provided is accurate, current, and that you have the right to use it.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.
2. Our Products (Home Decor)
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen displays, and device settings.
Product descriptions, prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or, in exceptional cases, discontinue the sale of certain items.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order (e.g., due to data errors, availability, or risk of misuse). An order is considered accepted once you receive an email confirmation or when the order has been processed.
Please check all details before completing your purchase. Once processed or packed, modifications or cancellations are often not possible.

3.2 Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (subject to statutory exceptions).

Prices and promotions are subject to change. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order and in the order confirmation. Delivery charges are shown during checkout.
Payments are processed by authorised payment providers; we do not store full credit/debit card details.
5. Dispatch and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and depend on courier services, peak demand, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, design, graphics, logos, video/audio) is the property of Birmingham Atelier and/or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Usage is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying or distribution without our written consent is prohibited.

Shopify provides the platform for our store, but the contract of sale is between you and Birmingham Atelier. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not liable for disputes arising from your purchase.

If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us the right to use, publish, and display them (e.g., for marketing) in compliance with applicable regulations.
