Delivery Terms and Conditions

At Birmingham Atelier, we want your shopping experience to be seamless from start to finish. We carefully prepare each order and dispatch it as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your pieces without delay.

Order Processing

Most orders require 1–3 business days for confirmation, quality control, and preparation for dispatch.

Delivery Times

Once processed, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. In rare cases—due to courier delays, peak seasonal volumes (holidays), or other operational factors—delivery may take up to 20 days.

Free Delivery

We offer Free Standard Delivery across the UK, with no minimum spend required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time. You can also use the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

Important Notes

While we strive to meet all stated deadlines, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, severe weather, logistical congestion, or courier procedures).

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information entered by the customer at checkout.

• Delays caused directly by the courier service.

• Shipments held by authorities or delayed due to external circumstances.

If a shipment is marked as "Delivered" within the courier's tracking system, it is considered successfully fulfilled. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that go missing or are stolen after they have been marked as delivered.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are generally not possible once processing has begun, as orders are automatically forwarded for preparation and dispatch. Some orders are dispatched within 12–24 hours of purchase, meaning the window for cancellation is very short.

Orders that have already been dispatched and are in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded while they are on their way to you. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may submit a return request after receiving the package, in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
